WHY I LOVE THIS BOOK.
This is one of the first ever vegan cook books I bought. It is the book that made me fall in love with vegan food. I couldn’t believe that all my favourite deli foods (think sandwich fillings, pies, pastry’s and condiments) could be made even better than the original non-vegan versions!

I love the generous layout of this book. Nothing too squished, good sized font and super easy to follow instructions. And nothing too complicated!

my fav recipe from this book
My absolute all time favourite recipe from this delightful book is the Feta recipe. Feta and I go way back and this was the first vegan Feta recipe that even came close to authentic. I love this Feta recipe as its got that herby, briney, salty taste and the texture of a firmer Greek style feta. If you buy this book for not other reason then getting your hands on their feta recipe it is money well spent.
You will not regret spending a few dollars on this book. With all the pantry and fridge staples covered as well as week-night type dinners you will use this book over and over again. And the decadent birthday cake will turn any event into a gala extravaganza!
