Tips and tricks

store your flavoured yogurts in gorgeous little jars like these. they make a great lunch time treat addition to a school bag or office fridge!

Like a sweeter yoghurt? just add a little extra maple syrup. sweetening food with whole foods instead of processed sugar is a great way of including more nutirtional value.

fussy kids? add some pulverised strawberries, a little maple syrup and a drop of pink food colouring. freeze in single ice pops and give them some yummy “ice cream”!

Want a really decadent desert? Fold some whipped aquafaba through your finished yogurt for a mousse like texture!
